You Probably Have Questions

They are most likely answered below.

1

Do you accept insurance?

No we do NOT accept or bill any insurances. We are entirely a self-pay office. Cash, credit/debit card, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted! Our goal is to treat you in the most efficient way possible in order to get the best results possible, not how an insurance company believes you need treated.

2

Do you accept Medicare/Medicaid/Disability patients?

Unfortunately we do NOT accept any Medicare/Medicaid/Disability patients. This is due to the classification of Chiropractors under the current law. We are unable to "opt-out" of these programs therefore not allowing us to treat any Medicare/Medicaid/Disability patients unless enrolled with them.

3

Who do you treat? Am I a good fit for the office?

We treat anyone that wants to move and feel their best. From collegiate athletes, to the gym crowd, to everyday people that want to feel better. We have found that our office is best suited for committed patients that want more than a traditional 3 minute visit consisting of only chiropractic adjustments. We take our time with visits that last between 10-25 minutes depending on what treatment is needed that day, and this typically consists of adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and therapeutic exercises.

4

How do I schedule a visit?

Click the "Schedule Here" button in the top right hand corner. This will navigate you directly to our secure online scheduling platform. You will first select a visit time as a New Patient. Then confirm your time and set up your patient account (Remember your email and password!). Next you will receive a welcome email and intake form. Make sure to read the entire welcome letter and fill out your intake form as soon as possible. This is required before your visit. If you have any issues during scheduling contact the office at 417-560-5234.

5

What to expect as a new patient?

Your new patient exam will consist of reviewing your intake form, going over your complaints and health history, and complete physical evaluation to determine what is going on and what the best treatment is. The majority of the time you will receive your first treatment at your new patient exam, however, there can sometimes be additional requirements prior to beginning treatment like imaging or coordination with other healthcare providers. This is always solely based patient to patient in order to provide the highest quality of care possible.

6

How much does it cost?

A new patient exam with treatment is $95. Established patient visits after this are $45. If there is ever a gap in care a Re-Exam is $70.

Cancellation Policy

Everyone's time is very important both patients' and the provider's. This is why we made our scheduling open for anyone to see at any time. It is also why we strictly enforce our office cancellation policy. All visits require a 24hour cancellation or rescheduling notice; visits cancelled within the 24hrs. are subject to a late cancellation fee. No-show visits will be charged the full price of the visit. You will receive multiple text and email reminders days and hours before your visit.
